Cancelling Orders
Cancel your order before it ships:
- Go to My Orders in your account
- Find the order you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Order" button
- Confirm cancellation
- Refund processed automatically
Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Use our return policy instead.
