These terms govern your use of FezaMarket. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Using FezaMarket
You may use the site to browse, buy and — with an approved seller account — sell. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your credentials private and turn on two-factor authentication.
2. The marketplace model
Most items are sold by independent sellers, not by FezaMarket. The contract of sale for those items is between you and the seller. FezaMarket provides the storefront, payment processing, dispute handling and the money back guarantee.
3. Listings and content
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with marketplace policies. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that breach them. Content you submit — reviews, questions, images — must be yours to post.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices and availability can change until an order is placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment terms are set out in the payments terms.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns follow the published returns policy and any statutory rights you have, which these terms do not limit.
6. Prohibited use
Do not scrape the site at scale, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use it to break the law.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, FezaMarket is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect, and continuing to use FezaMarket after that means you accept them.
