What is covered
Mechanical and electrical failure from normal use, including parts and labour.
Accident cover
On plans that include it: drops, spills and cracked screens.

Open a claim from your purchase history and we route it to the plan administrator.

Cover runs for the term you bought, measured from the end of the manufacturer warranty.
What is not covered
- Loss and theft.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the item works.
- Damage from misuse, unauthorised repair or commercial use.
- Consumable parts — batteries past their rated cycles, filters, blades.
Adding a plan
Eligible products show the available plans in the buy box and again at checkout. You can add a plan at the time of purchase; plans cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
Frequently asked
Yes. Cancel within the cooling-off period for a full refund; after that a pro-rata refund applies.
Plans transfer with the item if you give or sell it on.
Returning the item cancels the plan and refunds it in full.
