The screen is very dark it's hard ta watch thangs on the volume for music and media is not greatest but looks wise is nice screen size is hardly noticeable it doesn't seem larger or anythang the white backing is what got me interested

A total nightmare

I don't recommend this phone. I ordered it online and it was down hill from there. The phone locked my sim saying the phone was stolen. I went to and they couldn't get it unlocked. I was told to take it to the ATT store I will taking it Monday morning today is Saturday night. I have been trying to get it fixed for over a week!! Don't not buy!!!

I ordered the verge 2.5 to replace when screen shattered. I received phone model SN33a version 15 that was very difficult to activate. After days calls back and forth sim not connected talked to 100 customer service and left messages on att app support feedback. locked out of the new phone for a night screenshot all. My CPTSD PTSD major depression anxiety was awful had to see Dr.. Also took phone to Att store they was puzzled had two numbers added line which is not possible for a prepaid att phone. Its not like my verge 2 it seems like a 2004-11 setup style. Just thought you needed to know. I loved my Verge 2.5 no problems ever. Second time at att store in Kennett said seems cloned and a bad imitation at that. I'm ok now. But I would have sent back but I'm disabled and needed a phone. I check af Kennett as much as possible and want to purchase a Verge 2.5. Do not like this Snn33a
