I did online order for a " NEW PHONE". when it was delivered, the box was crushed on bottom. The Top had been totally opened. the holder inside that holds phone was a mess. Nothing was in place and phone WAS NOT in Wrapping. needless to say, I carried it to the Store and got a refund. This phone was NOT NEW.

aside from the fact that ordering for delivery made it almost inactivate and I needed to call straight talk a bunch of times and email proof of purchase it works great since activation. buy in store not delivery or pick up to avoid activation issues hopefully.

Looses blue tooth and WIFI connection

This phone keeps dropping the blue tooth and WIFI connects. I have tried everything that I can find with no help. Talked to Samsung support and they said I need to return the phone. So now I have to replace this phone because of this just as I am getting it setup. It is a nice phone but with this problem I would seriously think again about this one. BTW all software is up to date.
