Good starter phone

This is a great starter phone. I it could be added to my regular phone line plan, but I understand to get the extra features that that's not possible. My daughter is starting middle school and will be riding her bike so it gives me peace of mind to know she's safe. And she's of course thrilled for her first phone!

Never able to activate and robot for customer serv

we were never able to activate the phone. the customer service is with an AI robot and there is no one to contact with. The machine always replies that we were supposed to have an email with an order confirmation. Buy it directly from their site or don't.
