Verizon is the absolute worst! Had to use my laptop %26 my old phone to unlock this crappy cheap phone. Verizon won't let you "swap phones" and keep your same number. All I want is talk %26 text which is $40?! Ridiculous. Verizon offers zero human support now. All AI garbage. I finally unlocked the phone but will cancel Verizon. I'm not paying $60 bucks a month for horrible mobile phone service. I'm done. 🤬

I never received this order and was told by two different employees I would be getting a refund and I still haven't received the refund so when I contacted support about it they informed me I cannot get a refund or a replacement for this item. So order online at your own risk because if you do not receive the order they're very likely to just keep your money anyway
