had difficulty getting it set up. Verizon store couldn't after 3 trips there. they said ; it was no good. had to go twice to electronics to get it set up. having to go back again, keyboard messes up my typing real bad. have to correct a lot of it.

This model Samsung A16 is defective. I spent 2 hours at the Verizon store and on the phone with customer service. They were not able to activate the phone. The rep on the call said this is a known problem with the A16s..... so they need to stop selling them.

The phone is fine but it ended up getting locked by Verizon after they overcharged. The Samsung is good but I wouldn't go with Verizon as a carrier
