Phone quit working less than 3 weeks after receiving it, protection plan and warranty have been zero help with the issues.

Awesome deal. I used this phone to replace my iPhone SE 2022. So yes it's been 4 years since I had a new phone. I don't replace a phone until it's dead and no longer usable. I looked at claims for current phone or upgrading phone. I needed something newer, and with a good battery that won't go dead after an hour. Another plus is this phone has a much larger memory. Couldn't download smithing on my SE because I had zero storage. Now I have double the Storage, phone charges and battery is way better. Plus I'm not getting a constant notification to update. I couldn't. Didn't have the storage. New phone is nice and runs smoothly. The biggest pro is I didn't have to go into the cricket store at all didn't eve have to make a phone call. I turned on my Old and new phone. put the phones next to each other and it was like magic. It asked me a few things and wahla my new phone was active. So easy.! Even my mom could have done it. I'm not sure why it's only 299 compared to other phones and it's newer at a 16, I will take it. Definitely buy if you need a new phone with bigger storage
