BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a Samsung Galaxy s23 from CELL PHONE MAX and when I called my cell phone carrier to activate the phone they told me they could not activate it. They told me that it was not compatible with their network. I called customer service and they told me the phone was not elidable for return. So, I am out $400.00 bucks.

Used/Peviously-Opened Phones, Slight Imperfection

There's no indication on the listing that suggests it's used or refurbished, but I bought two S23s and both came with the packaging clearly previously opened. One of the screens came with a strange mark (almost like a chipped internal portion of the glass?) but it doesn't seem to affect anything (yet, at least) and is very small (pic attached; the mark is indeed in the glass, I just realized after installing the screen protector that I should've taken a picture of the mark first).

My old phone was so out of date it took me a bit to get used to this new one and how some things are done, but this is no fault of the maker. I love the "new" available features I now have, and the battery life is so much better. I only give it 4 stars for value because I think all phones nowadays are overpriced. :) I cannot think of anything negative about the phone, and I highly recommend it.
