I really wonder if you sent me a used, defective phone but either way definitely something wrong with it!! One problem after another %26 nir one AT %26 T rep can help %26 the phone tech support staff when I called AT %26 T was unable to help, kept getting disconnected while on phone with AT %26 T!! The phone sent no notifications of voicemails then ate up my voicemails! No matter what they tried including switching to E-sim card or a new plastic SIM card, Im totally unable to receive importantShort Code messages from banks, employer, USPS and more!
