Pray they scan the phone before delivering it

It isn't a review of the phone itself, as I have been unable to use it. It is a review of getting it delivered from. I got the phone but it wasn't scanned pre-delivery so it was unable set it up. 3 hours on hold with different customer service people from both and Tracfone to figure out that I need to go to the store to get it set up. Or wait multiple days for a resolution from either side. The Customer Service operator who answered my phone call at the store level was the only thing I would say would give it a star. She tried connecting me multiple times to multiple departments. After my third call, post hang up after waiting 20 minutes for the department to pick up, she went as far as to walk to the electronics department to try to connect me with someone there. Thank you for going above and beyond,. Tracfones Customer Service and service people were nice and pleasant. Overall 3 hours of time wasted, and an hour round trip to ahead to hope it works.

This was the worst thing I ever ordered from. They didn't scan it correctly. Therefore it couldn't be activated. Then to add to my already bad purchase decision I got the runaround treatment. I'm the end I ended up with a phone that I never could get activated and because it was not properly scanned according to them there was no proof of purchase even though I ordered it online and had it delivered. Huge mistake on my part. I never should have ordered this phone from and had it delivered.
