rip-off

I'm sure the phone is fine but nobody can use it. The fine folks at didn't scan the IMEI barcode so it's absolutely worthless. I took it back to the store 17 days after purchase instead of 14 days. They said there's nothing they can do so I'm out 40 bucks. Thank you. Maybe next time you sell a phone you can find someone competent enough to scan it correctly so the next customer won't get ripped off. Billion dollar corporation and they can't figure out a way to refund 40 dollars. Okey dokey.

Great for a limited time

The phone worked fine for the first month then afterwards it started having malfunctions, such as slow processing times, apps not opening or severely delayed and lastly a weird error message that shuts the phone down.

Disappointed in the service, not the phone

Not rating the phone itself, but the service of ordering one through an online order. We just ordered this as a temporary solution for our daughter's broken phone. It got here in the window of time that I paid for … however, because of the way it was checked out,in store, it left the store with a restriction. I'm assuming it's an extra step to prevent theft … well it wasn't completed and now we have to wait 24 hours to hear back from the phone company to hopefully be able to prove that we purchased it.

So some numbers it won't call or recieve calls. Some texts will go thru from me but my friend cant call me back. Thankfully this is an emergency phone my samsung 10 bit the dust after seven years it both stopped working and literally fell apart in my hand. My new phone comes monday and this one will just be for emergencies. It will call 911 if needed I think? Can't legally test that.
