I bought this brand new from new from. I attempted to activate it online using the straight talk app, only thing is it told me it was already in use. After speaking with customer service, they confirmed that it was already in use on a different account. Seems like ever since Verizon bought straight talk, the service and customer service have both dropped drastically.

i had to get something fast because my boost iPhone stopped working and being broke boost mobile couldn't help me with a new phone within my price range even though I've been with them for 10 years and only bought 2 phones with them. well anyways this strait talk with this Samsung A16 with a plan. when i got it i just set it up on my way to work and it has so many features. I'm not use to it because iPhone and boost tell you what you want. this let's you personalize it i couldn't believe how much you can change on your phone to your liking.
